Everyone is an individual with their own lifestyles, backgrounds, needs, preferences and goals. Therefore, no one training program will be appropriate for every client.
During our initial consultation, we’ll chat about your current lifestyle, and establish a strategy that works for you. We’ll get specific with your goal, figure out how to prioritise movement and training, and practice some basic exercises with proper form. I will help you decide the most appropriate and manageable ways to implement a program into your lifestyle based on where you’re at and what you want to achieve.
Programs will be specific to your needs, enabling your body to adapt to greater physical demands over a period of time.
You will receive an emailed copy of each workout, video demonstrations, and a structured training program so you can progress over time.
Whether you’re suffering from low back pain, movement restrictions from stiff joints, strength imbalances from old injuries, poor posture from sitting too much, or want to lose some body fat and get fit and strong, your body is already amazing and capable of more than you may realise. Some clients love to train using mostly their bodyweight, others are interested in practicing gymnastic skills, or using equipment like kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells or enjoy boxing. Whether or not you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced, we’ll figure out what motivates you to move and improve.
I will teach you the knowledge and techniques needed to increase your body awareness, and to exercise with confidence in any setting. My goal is to empower you to move more, move smarter, be stronger and to explore the potential of your physical body.
