Hello and welcome!
My name is Ashley Norton, and I’m a Canadian who has been living overseas since 2007. I have lived in Shanghai, Sydney, Australia and I currently reside in Gothenburg, Sweden. I have over 6 years’ experience coaching clients around the world of all fitness levels, ranging from 18-80 years of age. Growing up, I participated in a variety of sports, including gymnastics, swimming, ice hockey and rugby union, and I’ve spent a lifetime passionately learning about the human body.
I treat each client as a whole person with their own unique qualities, skillsets, values, priorities and needs. Whether you’re interested in improving your physical fitness or establishing lasting nutritional and lifestyle habits, I will meet you where you’re at and help you take ownership of your actions and behaviours.
I am dedicated to helping you define your goals, what 'progress' looks like to you and how best to measure it. I will help you set realistic expectations and support a positive, motivated and successful mindset. I value the journey and process of obtaining and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for the purpose of longevity and optimal health. I believe in real, lasting lifestyle changes from the inside out, not superficial quick fixes.
